• Pricing — Price list entries and volume tiers are uploaded to Sitoo from Business Central, with multiple price lists and configurable mappings.
• Inventory Levels — Stock updates from Business Central are sent to Sitoo as batch transactions, keeping quantities accurate across all locations.
• Shipments to Sitoo — Purchase orders from Business Central are sent to Sitoo as inbound shipments and advanced through each required Shipments V3 API state.
• Omnichannel Orders and Deliveries — Sales orders from Business Central create Sitoo orders for in-store fulfilment, with shipment records adding deliveries or updating warehouses.
• Payment Confirmation — When a Business Central invoice is posted, the corresponding Sitoo order is updated to reflect successful payment.
• Order Import — Sales and Returns — Closed or paid Sitoo orders are imported into Business Central; negative-total orders become return orders automatically.
• Omnichannel Fulfilment Scenarios — Click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and split-delivery events from Sitoo generate status updates and shipment confirmations in Business Central.
• Shipment Receiving — Goods received against a Sitoo shipment create a purchase receipt or consignment in Business Central, with line quantities and serial numbers.
• Inventory Movements — Stock adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations from Sitoo are imported to Business Central, excluding sales and shipment-linked transactions.
• Gift Card Integration — Sitoo queries OmniConnect to check gift card balances and process redemptions or top-ups, with results returned in real time.
