What It Does

  • Product Catalog and Images — Products are synchronized from Business Central to NuOrder with all size variants, colors, and seasonal data. Product and sketch images are transferred via SFTP, with internal NuOrder identifiers written back to Business Central after each upload.
  • Pricing — Price sheets are published to NuOrder grouped by brand and currency template, mapping Business Central price list codes to the correct NuOrder price sheet for multi-brand and multi-currency wholesale setups.
  • Customer and Buyer Management — Customer accounts are created or updated in NuOrder with full shipping and billing address details, with individual buyer contacts synchronized alongside their parent company.
  • Inventory Replenishment — Inventory balances are pushed to NuOrder per warehouse, with Business Central location codes mapped to NuOrder warehouse identifiers. Prebook inventory is handled separately with delivery date ranges for pre-season planning.
  • Order Confirmation Updates — When an order is confirmed in Business Central, the confirmation details are written back to the corresponding NuOrder order, keeping the wholesale buyer informed of their current order status.
  • Sales Order Import — Approved buyer orders are automatically retrieved from NuOrder on a configurable schedule and submitted to Business Central as sales orders. Each imported order is marked as processed in NuOrder to prevent duplicate imports.
