- Inventory Management — Stock levels are synchronised using a per-product update, a targeted stock-item endpoint, or Multi-Source Inventory for merchants managing stock across multiple warehouse locations.
- Shipment Notification and Tracking — Posted shipments in Business Central automatically update the Adobe Commerce order with carrier, tracking, and optional customer notification email.
- Invoice Creation — Invoicing in Business Central creates a matching Adobe Commerce invoice, with optional online payment capture and customer notification email.
- Refunds and Credit Memos — Credit memos in Business Central are translated into Adobe Commerce refunds matched to the correct invoice lines, with support for shipping and financial adjustments.
- Order Import — New Adobe Commerce orders are imported into Business Central and flagged as processed to prevent duplicate imports.
- Customer Import — Customer accounts are imported incrementally, bringing across only records updated since the last synchronisation.
