What It Does

  • Customer Profile Synchronisation — When customers are created or updated in Business Central, their full profile — including names, addresses, contact details, and custom properties — is pushed to Klaviyo automatically. The Klaviyo profile ID is written back to Business Central to keep both systems linked, and list membership is managed based on each customer's consent status.
  • Transactional Event Tracking — A Klaviyo event is sent every time a sales document is posted in Business Central, covering order confirmations, invoices, shipments, credit memos, and return orders. Each event carries complete line items, amounts, customer details, carrier tracking numbers, and secure download links for any attached documents.
  • Outbound Message Envelope Tracking — When a document is dispatched through an outbound message workflow, the full envelope is forwarded to Klaviyo as an event, including the recipient email, event code, document reference, and any attached files — making it easy to trigger flows for any outbound business communication.
