What It Does

• Automated Change Detection — Inriver is continuously monitored for updated entities using configurable field filters and modification date criteria, ensuring only genuinely changed records are picked up and queued for distribution.
• Hierarchical Entity Fetching — When a change is detected, the connector traverses your configured entity hierarchy — following link types across multiple levels — to assemble complete product records including related colorways, SKUs, and styles before passing them downstream.
• Flexible Product Data Mapping — Fetched entity data is mapped to OmniConnect's internal product model using a configurable attribute mapping that supports locale strings, CVL values, multi-value fields, calculated fields, JSON path expressions, and soft-linked entities.
• Batched, Scalable Synchronization — Product data is fetched from Inriver in batches of up to 1,000 entities per API call, with a configurable per-run limit to protect downstream systems, and each entity is independently queued so individual failures can be retried without reprocessing the full batch.
