What It Does

  • Return Registration — When a customer completes a return in Ingrid Returns, a sales return order is automatically created in Business Central with full line-item detail, including product codes, quantities, return reasons, and amounts.
  • Complaint Handling — Resolved complaints in Ingrid Returns are evaluated and, where applicable, converted into sales return orders in Business Central. Complaint statuses can be configured for exclusion, so only actionable complaints trigger an order.
  • Financial Accuracy — Item amounts, return handling fees, shipping refunds, exchange costs, and failed delivery costs are all mapped into Business Central. Both VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive modes are supported for regional tax compatibility.
  • Exchange and Refund Tracking — Exchange amounts and per-line refund statuses are carried into Business Central as line properties, giving finance teams clear visibility over every return outcome.
  • Shipment Tracking — Carrier tracking references from Ingrid Returns are attached to return orders in Business Central, with support for multiple carriers and configurable field selection and formatting per carrier.
