What It Does

• Item Master Synchronisation — Items from Business Central are pushed to ConnectWMS and kept current automatically, with the ConnectWMS identifier written back to Business Central to maintain a permanent link between records.
• Sales Orders and Outbound Fulfilment — Confirmed sales orders are sent to ConnectWMS as outbound orders ready for picking and shipping, with delivery recipients created or updated automatically using address data from Business Central.
• Purchase Orders and Inbound Receipts — Purchase orders are transmitted to ConnectWMS as expected receipts, giving the warehouse advance notice of incoming goods, with supplier records created or updated as part of the same operation.
• Order Status and Shipment Confirmation — Every status change on an outbound order in ConnectWMS is immediately reflected in Business Central, and when a configured completion status is reached the full shipment details are posted as a consignment confirmation.
• Receipt Status and Purchase Confirmation — Receipt status changes in ConnectWMS are written back to the relevant purchase order in Business Central in real time, with completed receipts automatically posted without manual intervention.
• Inventory Adjustments — Stock adjustments processed in ConnectWMS are forwarded to Business Central as inventory transactions, with configurable filtering so only operationally relevant movement types are posted.
