What It Does

  • Order Data Retrieval — When a customer files a return or warranty claim in Claimlane, the relevant Business Central order is retrieved on demand — including order lines, quantities, pricing, VAT amounts, shipping details, and tracking data — so claims handlers always work from current ERP information without manual lookups.
  • Return Order Processing — Once a return is approved in Claimlane, a return order is created automatically in Business Central with complete order line details including quantities, prices, VAT, discounts, and payment information. Returns can also be configured to post to Business Central immediately upon submission, based on a flag in the Claimlane return payload.
