What It Does
- Product Catalogue Management — Products, variants, and sizes are pushed from Business Central to Centra with brand and attribute data, and Centra identifiers are written back for traceability.
- Pricing — Sales prices are pushed to Centra per price list, keeping wholesale and retail pricing aligned across stores and channels.
- Inventory — Stock levels are sent from Business Central to Centra at the product size level.
- Shipment Confirmation — Shipped orders are confirmed as fulfilled in Centra with carrier and tracking details, covering standard and consignment shipments.
- Order Cancellation — Cancellations are reflected in Centra for wholesale and DTC orders, with configurable stock handling on cancellation.
- Returns and Credit Notes — Return confirmations, credit memos, and return receipts are sent to Centra with line-level shipment matching and configurable refund behaviour.
- Purchase Orders and Deliveries — Purchase orders and goods receipts are synchronised with Centra, with Centra identifiers written back to Business Central.
- Customer Accounts and Payment Terms — Customer accounts, contacts, and payment terms are pushed to Centra with account identifiers written back.
- Invoice Status — Invoice payment status is updated in Centra when an invoice is paid in Business Central.
- Sales Order Import — Orders from Centra are imported into Business Central with event-driven processing and scheduling options.
- Return Import — Returns in Centra are imported into Business Central as return orders in real time.
- Product and Attribute Synchronisation — Product changes and attribute updates in Centra are imported into Business Central as they occur.
- Price and Campaign Synchronisation — Pricelist changes and campaign data in Centra are synchronised to Business Central via events or scheduled runs.
